J & K Corporate was established in 2023 by directors Kellie and Jo, but our relationships with many of our clients go back much further.
Having worked together at Second Innings for a number of years, Kellie and Jo had built strong relationships with both the team and their clients. When the previous owners began planning for retirement and offered them the opportunity to take over the business, it felt like a natural next step.
For the first few years, the business continued trading as Second Innings, giving existing clients continuity and reassurance while Kellie and Jo settled into ownership.
Now, it’s time for the next chapter.
J & K Corporate brings the business completely into its own: a new name and identity, backed by the same familiar faces, trusted relationships and commitment to doing good work.

A member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA) and a Xero Certified Advisor, Kellie’s approach is grounded in making accounting easier to understand and helping clients feel confident in the decisions they’re making.

Jo leads J & K Corporate’s dedicated Self Managed Super Fund division, providing specialist support across SMSF establishment, administration and compliance.
A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and BGL-certified, Jo brings specialist knowledge and experience to an area that forms an important part of J & K Corporate’s offering.
